Background

Background & Approach

Taking climate anxiety seriously — without dramatizing or pathologizing it.

"Climate anxiety is not weakness.
It is a sign of connection."
01 · Taking It Seriously

No greenwashing of feelings. Climate anxiety becomes nameable, shareable, workable — not explained away.

02 · Not Pathologizing

Climate anxiety is an understandable response to a real crisis, not an illness.

03 · Clear Boundaries

Education and resilience work, not therapy. When needed, I refer people to therapeutic services.

The ecological polycrisis hits a generation that sees its future being negotiated. Resilience here is not a "nice-to-have" skill, but the precondition for engagement to hold up in the long run — so people working for change don't burn out.
